The Pastoral Ministry (TPASM)

“The word of God came to me, sayings, Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and tell them, even to the shepherds, thus says the Lord God: Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Shouldn't the shepherds feed the sheep? You eat the fat, and you clothe you with the wool, you kill the fatlings; but you don't feed the sheep. You haven't strengthened the diseased, neither have you healed that which was sick, neither have you bound up that which was broken, neither have you brought back that which was driven away, neither have you sought that which was lost; but with force and with rigor have you ruled over them.  They were scattered, because there was no shepherd; and they became food to all the animals of the field, and were scattered. My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and on every high hill: yes, my sheep were scattered on all the surface of the earth; and there was none who searched or sought.

(Ezekiel 34:1-6).

It seems in the 21 st century that pastors (shepherds) appear so confused and discordant, that sinners no not what to believe as truth. The sin of the world’s impenitence lies at the door of the church. The people are brought to add to the church, but the shepherds turn to be so selfish and self-centered that, the converts backslide. The central theme of the message of the Evangelism Ministry is the second coming of Christ, for which the sinners, with trembling heart, accepted the gospel, and for that matter, Jesus Christ, so that they, through grace, be put right with God. But shepherds of the present day, in almost every church, are lovers of the world, conformers to the world, lovers of creature-comfort, and aspirers of respectability. They are called to suffer with Christ, but they shrink from even reproach In their passion to seek their selfish interest, preaching on money takes on a major proportion, and the sheep say “we are tired of paying money; can’t we just have the message of salvation which was preached to us?” They become so pressurized, and they advice themselves to go back to their old days.

But thank God for TPASM of TCSB. TPASM is made up of committed and true shepherds, called into the shepherd ministry by the Lord, and backed by anointing to comfort the broken-hearted, clothed the naked, and housed the cast out. They are not there to entertain the worshippers, but “lead them besides still waters” Visit our ministries and experience the rich experience that comes to those under a called and anointed shepherd as never before. They are approachable, and have a caring, sharing attitude for all members of the human race. They see the work as a responsibility, and not an opportunity, and work tirelessly to look after the sheep with a high sense of maturity in the ministry. Come worship with us, because your soul’s position with the Lord is our priority. “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. He who is a hired hand, and not a shepherd, who doesn't own the sheep, sees the wolf coming, leaves the sheep, and flees. The wolf snatches the sheep, and scatters them. The hired hand (Uncalled) flees because he is a hired hand (Uncalled), and doesn't care for the sheep. I am the good shepherd. I know my own, and I'm known by my own; even as the Father knows me, and I know the Father. I lay down my life for the sheep.” (John 10:11-15).
